HM Psychological Services (HMPS) is a small group practice located in Minnesota and looking to hire PT and FT licensed and pre-licensed mental health clinicians as W-2 employees.

We offer a great opportunity to experience private practice with the support and camaraderie of an awesome group of clinical and administrative professionals. HM Psych encourages and supports a healthy work/life balance for our employees.

Current openings are for remote therapists, to eventually include hybrid positions. This is a W-2 paid position and clinicians will need to see a minimum of 10 clients per week. This can be a part-time (10+ clients per week) or full-time (25 clients per week) position.We work heavily with the marginalized population so all our therapists must be LGBTQIA+ affirming and culturally competent, or at least open to becoming so. We have many growth opportunities available in the company, such as lead clinician, clinical supervisor, etc.

Pay information: 

• Per client seen

• Paid bi-weekly you do not have to wait for us to be paid first

• Paid for late cancels and no-shows*

  • Free Supervision is provided to Clinical Trainees at doctoral level (we will soon offer additional supervision)

• Full time, 25 billable hours or more a week staff will also receive:​

Front Desk Support which includes:

• taking intake calls and gathering all information

• Having clients sign all the necessary forms

• Collecting copays, coinsurance, and appointment fees

 

Billing Manager which includes:

• Insurance verification

• Claims submission

 

HMPS also provides:

• Marketing to bring in new clients

• Electronic Medical Records Software (currently using Simple Practice)

• HIPAA Compliant Email

• HIPAA Compliant Phone Number

Therapists will:

• See clients via telehealth. In the near future, we will also offer an office space

• Complete Diagnostic Assessments, Progress Notes, and Treatment Plans.

• Follow confidentiality guidelines.

• Manage their own schedule
