Eric Busker, MSW, LGSW

Hello, I’m a Licensed Graduate Social Worker (LGSW). I earned my Bachelor of Social Work from the University of Wisconsin–Superior in 2023 and my Master of Social Work from the University of Minnesota Duluth in 2024. I see each person as the expert in their own life and strive to create a collaborative and supportive space where clients feel heard and empowered. My approach is client-centered and draws from strengths-based, trauma-informed, and cognitive behavioral (CBT) practices to help clients build insight, resilience, and confidence in navigating life’s challenges.

I have experience working with diverse populations, including LGBTQIA+ and BIPOC individuals, as well as people facing systemic barriers such as housing insecurity and other life stressors. Outside of my work as a therapist, I enjoy staying active through running and playing hockey, writing music, and exploring new trails with my dog.
